- Meet tax obligations, including keeping and storing tax books and documents related to keeping and storing tax books, and keeping accounting documents. The legal basis for such processing includes our legal obligations rising from applicable tax regulations (the Tax Ordinance, the Act on taxation of Goods and Services, the Corporate Income Tax Act) and accounting regulations (the Accounting Act).

We will transfer your personal data to Canada to a company of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. capital group. Canada is considered a country that ensures an adequate level of protection under Commission Decision 2002/2/EC of 20 December 2001 pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequate protection of personal data provided by the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Pursuant to Article 45(9) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), decisions adopted by the Commission on the basis of Article 25(6) of Directive 95/46/EC shall remain valid also after entry into force of the GDPR until amended, replaced or repealed. We ensure adequate level of protection regarding transfer of data through an internal secured email network.
