Awards and distinctions

KGHM has been consistently building its status as a responsible employer by strengthening the organisation's value-based culture, and by taking care of its employees' long-term development and safety. Awards and distinctions, attesting to the Company's desirability, as assessed by the current and prospective employees, on the one hand, confirm the validity of the course of development taken and, on the other, are a drive for continual improvement.

In the latest Randstad Employer Brand Research 2026 study, KGHM received one of the highest distinctions, being among the Top 10 best employers in Poland.

The key aspects of an attractive workplace indicated by respondents in the latest study are: friendly atmosphere at work, employment stability, attractive salaries and benefits, career development opportunities and equal opportunities.

KGHM, in turn, was appreciated for: 

  • using the latest technologies 
  • strong management
  • attractive salary and benefits

KGHM has been listed in this prestigious ranking since 2011 and has been ranked first several times during that time. We reached the top of the podium for the first time in 2015. In 2018-2020, we were included in the Randstad Employer Brand Research Hall of Fame. It was an expression of recognition and a special award from the organizer, who appreciated not only the care for employees and the process of building an attractive employer brand. The fact was also taken into account that in the three previous editions of the study (2015-2017), the company from Lower Silesia was rated the highest by respondents.

In Poland, the tradition of the study dates back 15 years, and in the world - 25 years. The respondents included students, unemployed and working people, and the dominant group were people between 25 and 44 years of age.

This year, over 4,100 respondents from all over Poland took part in the study and assessed a total of 150 largest companies.
