The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that, as a result of a recommendation of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority Office, received in writing dated 17 April 2019, number DSP.4550.8.2019.JB, it has today adopted a resolution in which it accepted supplementary information, as described in § 70 sec. 6 point 5 (l) and (m), and in § 71 sec. 5 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, to the Corporate Governance Statement, representing appendix no. 1 to the Management Board’s Report on the activities of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group in 2018, published on 14 March 2019 in the annual report for 2018 and the consolidated annual report for 2018.
