The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 23 October 2019 the Company received a letter from Janusz Kowalski announcing his resignation from the function of Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., effective as of 11 November 2019.
