The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that Marcin Ślęzak, a Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., submitted his resignation from serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. from 13 February 2008.
