The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) announces that today the Company received a letter from Mirosław Kidoń announcing his resignation from the function of Vice President of the Management Board (International Assets) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., and thus from membership in the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., as of 1 April 2024.
