The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) hereby provides the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2020.
I. Periodic reports for 2019 will be published on the following dates:1. Annual report for 2019 - 17 March 2020;2. Consolidated annual report for 2019 - 17 March 2020;3. Consolidated report on payments to governments for 2019 - 17 March 2020.
II. Periodic reports for 2020 will be published on the following dates:1.Consolidated quarterly reports:- for the first quarter of 2020 -13 May 2020;- for the third quarter of 2020 - 18 November 2020.
2. Consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2020 - 19 August 2020.
In addition, the Management Board of the Company announces that:a) the Company will publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information as described in § 62 sec. 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (“the Decree”) and therefore it will not publish separate quarterly reports;b) the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2019 and a consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2020, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Decree;c) the Company will publish the consolidated half-year report containing half-year condensed financial statements, in accordance with § 62 sec. 3 of the Decree and therefore it will not publish a separate half-year report.
