In reference to regulatory filing no. 34/2019 dated 30 October 2019 on proposed resolutions for the Extraordinary General Meeting, convened for 19 December 2019, the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. hereby provides attached the proposed resolutions to be discussed at the Extraordinary General Meeting, which the Company received on 11 December 2019 from an entitled Shareholder of the Company – the State Treasury represented by the Minister of State Assets.
The attached proposed resolutions amend the proposed resolutions published on 30 October 2019 with regard to adjusting the wording of the Company’s Statutes and the proposed resolutions, by replacing the Ministry of Energy with the Ministry of State Assets in the case of publications in the Public Information Bulletin.
