The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that the Member of the Management Board of the Company, Katarzyna Kreczmańska-Gigol – Vice President of the Management Board (Finance), resigned from taking part in the on-going qualification proceedings for the position of the Member of the 11th term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Legal basis: § 5 point 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
