The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 16 January 2014 the Company received, according to art. 160 of Act on Trading in Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005, information prepared on 10 January 2014 in Warsaw, on the sale on 19 September 2013 by Marek Panfil - Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. - of 90 shares of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. at the price of PLN 128.7 per share. These shares were sold as a result of an ordinary transaction on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
