The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 3 August 2020 it was informed of the death of Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Ireneusz Pasis. Mr. Ireneusz Pasis served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company from 6 July 2018.
Legal basis: § 5 point 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
