The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that as a result of elections carried out on 18 -19 May 2005, the employees of the Company elected Wiktor Błądek as a Member of the Management Board of the Company.
The Management Board will provide this information based on the protocol of the electoral committee for the election of a Member of the Management Board by the employees of the Company, on 23 May 2005.
The election of a Member of the Management Board requires the passage of appropriate resolutions by the Supervisory Board of the Company.
