The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. hereby announces that on 26 June 2008, the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., as a result of the appropriation of profit for financial year 2007, allocated PLN 1 800 000 000.00 as a shareholders dividend, representing PLN 9.00 per share. The General Shareholders’ Meeting hereby sets the following dates:
- right to dividend date: 18 July 2008,
- dividend payment date: 7 August 2008.
