The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 28 February 2007 the Court of Appeals in Wrocław passed two judgements in which it dismissed the appeals of two former members of the Management Board against the rulings of the Regional Court in Legnica, dismissing their claims regarding abrogating resolutions Nr 10/2006 and 12/2006 of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. in Lubin dated 14 June 2006, not granting approval to the performance of former members of the Management Board.
