The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., on 7 December 2016, dismissed the following persons from the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company:
- Radosław Barszcz; and
- Cezary Godziuk.
At the same time, the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. appointed the following persons to the Supervisory Board of the Company:
- Wojciech Andrzej Myślecki;
- Marek Pietrzak; and
- Agnieszka Winnik-Kalemba.
The Company will provide information on the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board, as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, at a later date in the form of an individual current report.
