The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. appointed Piotr Ziubroniewicz to the composition of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Information on the appointed Member of the Supervisory Board, as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by the Company at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
