The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., on 7 October 2022 dismissed the following persons from the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company:
- Piotr Dytko,
- Robert Kaleta,
as well as appointed the following persons to the composition of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.:
- Marek Wojtków,
- Radosław Zimroz.
Information on the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board, as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by the Company at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
