On February the 23rd, 2016, the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. appointed Mr. Stefan Świątkowski to the position of the company’s Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.
The Supervisory Board also changed the realm of responsibilities of Mr. Jacek Rawecki, Vice-President of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., from “corporate affairs” into “supply chain management”.
Based on the agenda of the Supervisory Board’s meeting, the Management presented a proposal of the company’s budget for 2016. The proposal was being discussed, yet was not accepted at that stage. The Supervisory Board decided to postpone taking decision in this field until the next meeting.
