The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 24 November 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mirosław Kidoń as of 10 December 2022 to serve in the function of Vice President (International Assets) of the 11th-term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Company will provide at a later date in the form of an individual current report.
