The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 4 November 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointment of Tomasz Zdzikot as of 4 November 2022 to serve in the function of President of the 11th-term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., who thus ceased to serve as the Vice President of the Management Board (Development) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
The Company hereby attaches information on the appointed Member of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
