The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 20 April 2021 the Company received a letter from Katarzyna Lewandowska announcing her resignation from the function of Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., effective as of 20 April 2021, due to her new official duties.
