The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 4 October 2022 the Company received information from the shareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień”, represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., that Marek Wojtków will be proposed as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. on 7 October 2022.
The Company hereby provides attached the candidate’s curriculum vitae and announces that Marek Wojtków consented to be a candidate and submitted an appropriate declaration, which will be available on the Company’s website.
