The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 11 October 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolutions on dismissal as of 11 October 2022 of the following Members of the Management Board of the Company:
- Marcin Chludziński, President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.;
- Jerzy Paluchniak, Vice President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (International Assets).
Legal basis: § 5 point 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
