(“the Company”) announces that on 17 December 2025, the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. approved the Budget of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group for 2026. The Management Board of the Company hereby provides attached the main budgetary assumptions.
