(“the Company”) announces that on 18 December 2024, the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. approved the Budget of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group for 2025. The Management Board of the Company hereby provides attached the main budgetary assumptions.
