(“the Company”) announces that on 21 December 2022, the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. approved the Budget of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group for 2023. The Management Board of the Company hereby provides attached the main budgetary assumptions.
