The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 14 January 2022, the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. approved the Budget of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group for 2022. The Management Board of the Company hereby provides attached the main budgetary assumptions.
