KGHM is the best employer

Polska Miedź won the third Randstad Award poll and the title of the most attractive employer in Poland. Security of employment and financial stability were the most important criteria in assessing employers.

The Randstad Award is the largest international research project concerning the image of employers. Opinions of over 160 thousand people are collected in the survey held in 18 countries all over the world. In Poland the best were selected with votes of over 7 thousand respondents – potential employees who were assessing the weight of various aspects of employment. KGHM was this year’s winner in Poland.

  • “The highest score was awarded to the company for the security of employment offered to employees, the company’s stable financial standing and high wages”, says Kajetan Słonina, managing director at Randstad Polska

Additionally, it is worth noting that the company also scored high in the other criteria identified by the respondents, such as: a friendly atmosphere at work and the attractive nature of the work itself.

  • “The award is confirmation that KGHM is an attractive and responsible employer for whom care about the safety of employees in many aspects is a priority. We pursue many activities related to skills development and designing professional career paths”, says Bogusław Graboń, general director for management and sustainable development.

Polska Miedź beat off companies as Toyota Motor Manufacturing Polska, Volkswagen Poznań, and TVN. The study was carried out in October and November last year. The project covered 150 of the largest companies. The study was carried out using on line questionnaires by the international research institute ICMA.
