| TITLE | Copper briquette and method for its producing |

| DESCRIPTION OF THE SOLUTION | The copper briquette contains copper concentrate, binder and recycled materials, and additionally contains printed circuit board (PCB) scrap in the quantity of 2-30% by weight. The method of manufacturing copper briquettes involves the following steps: a. copper concentrates are averaged; b. copper concentrates are mixed with recycled materials in a mixer to obtain an essentially homogeneous mixture, at the same time shredded printed circuit board (PCB) scrap is added in sufficient quantity; c. binder is dosed; d. the mixture is dried and mixed in a dryer; e. briquettes are formed from the mixture; f. fine fractions are separated from the briquettes. |
