The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 21 February 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on dismissal as of 21 February 2022 of Dariusz Świderski, the Vice President (Production) of the 11th term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Legal basis: § 5 point 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
