The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., on 19 June 2020 dismissed Leszek Banaszak from the Supervisory Board of the Company, and appointed Katarzyna Lewandowska to the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Information on the appointed Member of the Supervisory Board, as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by the Company at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
