Change in management at KGHM International Ltd

 On 24 May 2016 the Board of Directors of KGHM International Ltd. made a change in the position of Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of KGHM International Ltd., appointing Jan Peisert in the place of Wojciech Kędzia.

Jan Peisert has 37 years of international experience in the Metals and Mining sector. He has been associated with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. since 1995. Among others he has managed KGHM Polish Copper Ltd. in London. He currently holds a position in the Board of Directors of KGHM International Ltd. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the European Copper Institute.

KGHM International Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., which owns mining assets in Canada, the USA and Chile (including a 55 percent interest in the Chilean mine Sierra Gorda).
