The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 16 September 2026 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on appointing Beata Jurkschat as of 17 September 2026 to the 12th term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. granting her the function of Vice President of the Management Board (Corporate Affairs) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board, as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 6 June 2025 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Company will provide at a later date in the form of an individual current report.
