(“the Company”) announces that on 24 February 2026 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on appointing Remigiusz Paszkiewicz to the 12th term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. granting him the function of President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
