The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 14 May 2021 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointment of Dariusz Świderski as of 15 May 2021 to the 11th term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., as Vice President of the Management Board (Production) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided at a later date in the form of an individual current report.
