Iga Dorota Lis

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, a lecturer at Lazarski University under post-graduate studies in the area of new technologies and environmental protection law. Completed her apprenticeship as a barrister at the Warsaw Bar Association.

An experienced manager related with the industrial sector, having many years of experience in management and consulting in the area of investments, including in the energy, petrochemical, chemical and metallurgical sectors. She has previously advised KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. in the projects of modernisation of pyrometallurgy at the Głogów Copper Smelter and Refinery, the development of metallurgy at the metallurgical facilities in Głogów and Legnica, and investments at the Hydrotechnical Plant, as well as restructuring under an energy project. Provides legal services for the largest investments advanced in Poland, such as the construction of a refinery in Gdańsk, and the construction of petrochemical and power installations for the Orlen S.A. group.

For many years associated with the energy market in terms of building conventional and renewable sources, as well as the development of distribution networks. From 2020 to 2024 she was associated with Hyundai Engineering Poland sp. z o.o., where she initially worked among others as General Counsel and Director of Investments and Development, and subsequently from 2021 she served as a Member of the Management Board.

Has extensive experience in conducting and supervising complicated technological investment processes on an international scale.
