The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. obtained the information that on 30 October 2026 the Regional Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, Section IX (Economic) of the National Court Register, registered amendments to the Statutes of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., adopted by the Resolution No. 3/2026 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. dated 28 October 2026.
The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. hereby provides attached the amendments to the Statutes of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and its uniform text, as adopted by the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. on 28 October 2026.
