(“the Company”) hereby announces that on 9 June 2026 the Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. appointed the following persons to the composition of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., for the new 12th term, as of 10 June 2026:

- Artur Ulrich;
- Joanna Zakrzewska;
- Łukasz Żelewski;
and elected by the employees of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group:
