The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (”the Company”) hereby announces that on 9 June 2026 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted a resolution on the payout of a dividend for 2025 in the amount of PLN 300 000 000.00, representing PLN 1.50 per share.
The Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. set the following:
1) a dividend date at 25 June 2026,
2) a payment date of dividend for 2025 at 9 July 2026.
All of the shares of the Company, i.e. 200 000 000, are covered by the dividend.
