The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) announces that today the Company received a declaration from Remigiusz Paszkiewicz announcing his resignation, upon the submission of the declaration, from the delegation as a Member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. to temporarily carry out the duties of the President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and the Vice President of the Management Board (Corporate Affairs) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. as well as his resignation from serving in the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
