Dismissal of a Member of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 9 April 2025 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the dismissal of Iga Dorota Lis, the Vice President of the Management Board (International Assets) from the 11^th term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. upon adoption of the resolution.

Legal basis: § 5 point 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
