| DESCRIPTION OF THE SOLUTION | The solution takes the form of an additional cover applied over the guide sleeve, on which wooden discs are currently fitted, which signals, by sliding off the sleeve in turn, increased pressure of the roof. Until now, the discs did not have a cover against water containing minerals and salt flowing out of the signal rod hole, causing the wooden parts to stick together. This fact prevented correct signalling of the size of the delaminations. This cover effectively solves the problem of discs sticking together as a result of brine-mineral water flowing out of the roof openings onto the wooden discs of the signalling devices. |
