The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 6 August 2024 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointment of Iga Dorota Lis as of 1 September 2024 to the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. as Vice President (International Assets) of the 11th term Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board, as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Company will provide at a later date in the form of an individual current report.
