Served as a representative of creditors in insolvency and restructuring proceedings, among others in GetBack S.A w restrukturyzacji, Hawe Telekom S.A. w restrukturyzacji, Fakos sp. z o.o. (subsidiary of Kopex SA), Technical Glassworks (Huta Szkła Technicznego), Paper Mill in Dąbrowica (Fabryka Papieru w Dąbrowicy), Julia Glassworks (Huta Julia) and others.
