The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 28 January 2021, the Supervisory Board of the Company approved KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.’s Budget and the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group’s Budget for 2021. The Management Board of the Company hereby provides attached the main budgetary assumptions.
