The most attractive employer in Poland – Randstad Award
In 2016, in the 6th edition of the Randstad Award survey, KGHM ranked first in the ranking The most attractive employer in Poland. The Company was rated high in the area of development opportunities that the company creates and job attractiveness. The Randstad Award is the largest international research project on employer image carried out by ICMA. The survey covers 18 countries and approximately 160 000 respondents. The best employers in Poland were selected with the votes of 7 000 respondents, potential employees who evaluated the significance of different aspects of employment. 150 of the largest companies were analysed in the course of the project.

Poland Top 100 Ideal Employers
KGHM received the certificate of Ideal Employer 2015 and ranked 5th in the category of Engineering and 20th in the Business category. The ranking was based on a survey conducted by Universum Institute among 23 500 students from 71 universities in Poland. In the survey, the students completed over 70 000 individual assessments of businesses. Each student indicated three companies, on average, that should be given the tile of Ideal Employer. This year's survey has shown that the companies which offer a high work culture and friendly workplace are rated the highest, and also those that create opportunities for the dynamic personal development of employees.
