In reference to regulatory filing no. 34/2019 dated 30 October 2019 on proposed resolutions for the Extraordinary General Meeting, convened for 19 December 2019, the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. hereby provides attached the proposed resolutions to be discussed at the Extraordinary General Meeting, which the Company received on 11 December 2019 from an entitled Shareholder of the Company – the State Treasury represented by the Minister of State Assets.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. hereby provides attached preliminary production and sales data of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group for September 2019. The final quarterly production and sales results will be published in the consolidated report for the third quarter of 2019.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. hereby provides attached the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., which was convened on
7 June 2019, along with the wording of draft resolutions which were put to vote and not adopted.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. did not fail to consider any of the points of the agenda, and no objections were raised to the minutes of any of the adopted resolutions.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“Company”) announces that on 21 March 2019 the framework contract signed on 20 June 2016 between KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and China Minmetals Corporation for the years 2017-2021 and announced by the Company via regulatory filing no. 22/2016 dated 20 June 2016 was terminated.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. (“the Company”) announces that as a result of reviewing the technical and economic parameters of key international mining assets belonging to the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group, indications of a possible change in the recoverable amounts of a part of these assets were identified.

(“Company”) announces that on 10 January 2019, the Supervisory Board of the Company approved the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.’s Budget and the Group’s Budget for 2019. The Management Board of the Company hereby provides attached the main budgetary assumptions.
