Advocate and Doctor of Laws from Wrocław. In 2009-2010, he conducted research at the University of Exeter School of Law (UK) on the subject of the UK health service, which resulted in a PhD thesis entitled Privatisation of the UK Public Sector based on the example of the National Health Service.
Entrepreneur continuously since 1999, academic teacher, management board member of the Sancta Familia Foundation in Wroclaw since 2005, Chairman of the Biskupin-Sępolno-Bartoszowice-Dąbie Estate Council in 2009-2013, volunteer of the Polish Home Ilford Park (UK) 2009-2010, member of the Wroclaw Citizens' Budget Council in 2015-2017, since 2016 member of the Supervisory Board of Polska Agencja Inwestycji i Handlu S.A (Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A.) (National Treasury) and expert on health care reform (2018), Member of the Council of the National Health Fund since 2020.
Between 2011 and 2019, he authored academic articles on British law, public sector privatisation, judicial review of public administration, health law. More than twenty years of management experience.
