Bartosz Piechota

University of Warsaw and also of Cardiff University Law School (Diploma in Legal Studies). Also completed the School of American Law conducted by the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Warsaw. Has many years of experience in providing legal services to the largest Polish and foreign companies, in particular with respect to resolving disputes and restructurisation as well as with respect to corporate law. In recent years he has acted as a consultant, among others, in the realisation of a variety of key infrastructural investments. Since 2010 he has been a founding partner of a leading law firm in Poland involved in resolving disputes and restructurisation. Previously he worked in international and Polish law firms, among others Allen & Overy and Wardyński i Wspólnicy. In the period from 2014 to 2016 he served as Liaison Officer for the International Bar Association in the restructurisation and bankruptcy section responsible for Central and Eastern Europe. He is a member of the International Bar Association and is also the author of publications, as well as a lecturer at international and Polish conferences. Member of the PGL Management Board since August 2019. In the years 2016–2019 he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of LOT Polish Airlines, and between October 2018 and July 2019 he was delegated to serve as a Member of LOT Polish Airlines Management Board. For many years he has cooperated with Fundacja Republikańska (Republican Foundation) in the role of an expert.
