The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., with respect to current report no. 23/2010 dated 12 June 2010, hereby announces that it was invited to submit an order for the purchase of 700 942 491 shares of the company Tauron Polska Energia S.A. at PLN 0.57 per share. Acting on the basis of the invitation received, the Company will submit an order for the purchase of 700 942 491 shares (prior to consolidation) of Tauron Polska Energia S.A. at the price of PLN 0.57 per share. Legal basis: art. 56 sec. 5 of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on public offerings and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and on public companies (Journal of Laws from 2005 No. 184,item 1539 with subsequent amendments)
